Hallo Samsung-Community.(Bin Neu) Ich brauche eure Hilfe

Seit einer Längere Zeit hab ich probleme meine Daten unter Datenschutz herunterzuladen (Siehe Anhang Bild) Es kommt immer ein HTTPS Bad Requests als Fehlermeldung hab schon viele Möglichkeiten gemacht (Anderen Browser, Router resetet usw...) Aber nichts ging was soll ich tun?

Das Recht auf Selbstauskunft Im Netz können Unternehmen sogar auf den Klick genau Daten über uns sammeln. Datenschutzexpertin Katharina Nocun empfiehlt, regelmäßig eine Datenselbstauskunft anzufordern. Das Recht auf Selbstauskunft ist in Artikel 15 der Datenschutzgrundverordnung der Europäischen Union (DSGVO) verankert. Jede*r kann seine Daten bei Unternehmen anfordern – ganz einfach per Mail.

Katharina Nocun hat zum Beispiel ihren Clickstream bei Amazon abgefragt und anschließend eine Datei erhalten, die über 15.300 Klicks der vergangenen Monate dokumentiert. Mulmig sei ihr geworden, als sie gesehen habe, nachdem sie in einem Hitzesommer mitten in der Nacht nach einem Klimagerät gesucht habe, sie von einem Spiegel-Artikel auf Amazon geleitet wurde, weil da eine passende Werbeanzeige eingeblendet wurde. "In diesem Datensatz sieht man sogar, welche Spiegel-Artikel ich gelesen habe", sagt Katharina Nocun.

Wissen, was Datenschutz bedeutet

So eine Übersicht über die eigenen Daten mache die abstrakte Diskussion um Datenschutz einerseits greifbarer. Andererseits ist sie ein Mittel, gegen datenbasierte Diskriminierung vorzugehen, erklärt sie, zum Beispiel durch falsche Einträge bei Krankenkassen oder auch Behörden wie der Polizei. Datenselbstauskunft per Mail anfordern Die Mail für die Datenselbstauskunft richtet sich an die jeweiligen Datenschutzbeauftragten der Unternehmen oder Organisationen.
